The villa is situated in a panoramic position just outside of the inhabited centre of Casto, approx. 200 m from the sea and the renowned marine cave Zinzulusa. The sea, characterized by a rocky shore, can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
Near the house you will also find a convenient equipped structure with a large swimming pool with salt water (upon payment). The house, spread out over two floors, is surrounded by a garden and has equipped terraces on varying levels.
