The Casale Neri is situated at the edge of the Chianti area, right below the Montaio Castle, 1.5 km from Cavriglia and approx 30 minutes journey from Florence, Arezzo and Siena. In a few minutes by car there are all the other attractions of the Chianti.
The swimming pool is situated 150 m from the house, it is only used by the client and the owners, nearby there is a shed with separate WC and a fridge. House "Casale Neri" 10 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, 15 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 20 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti.
For shared use: garden, swimming pool (25 x 6 m, 29.05.-25.09.), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road).
